Arts Education
It is not surprising that SSI with all of its dynamic artists and artisans has a thriving arts education scene happening for both children and adults. Salt Spring’s reputation as an arts destination is well known.
Children can get involved with the Salt Spring Arts Academy, join the Stagecoach Theater, get involved with the Artist in the Class program, or enroll in the Gulf Islands School for the Performing Arts. There are art camps in the summer as well as a Fiddleworks School.
